Who we are

What we collect
- Domains you scan. The site address you enter, and the public facts we find on that site (its pages, robots.txt, platform, checkout steps). Reports about a site are public.
- A hashed IP address for each scan, claim or API request, used only for rate limiting. We store a keyed hash, never the raw address. Rate-limit records are deleted after a day; the hash stays attached to the scan it started.
- Your email address, only when you give it for something: claiming a site, buying an audit, or replying to a message from us. We use it for that purpose and to reply to you.
- Outreach contacts. Business contact addresses published on a site’s own pages (for example a contact or support address) may be used to tell the business about its report. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and an unsubscribe is permanent.
- Cookies. Only a sign-in cookie after you verify a site claim, and one for our own admins. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Agent runs
Our agents shop on public sites with test identities, never real customers’ details, and stop at the payment step. Run recordings and signed evidence bundles are published with the report.
Who processes data for us
Hosting and storage (Vercel, Neon, Google Cloud), email delivery (Resend), payments for audits (our parent company’s payment service with its card and bank providers), and AI model providers for agent runs. They act on our instructions.
Your choices
- Site owners can claim their site from its report and opt out of further scans and agent runs. The page then keeps only the last verified facts, with the opt-out date.
- Unsubscribe from any message with its link, or write to us.
- Access, correction or deletion of your personal data: email hello@vouchagent.com.
